This Agreement governs your access to and use of the ph769 platform, including all games, services, promotions, and transactions. Please read carefully before creating an account.

You must be at least 21 years of age and physically located in the Philippines to hold a ph769 account and participate in real-money gameplay. PAGCOR regulations mandate this requirement without exception. Age is verified through mandatory KYC before your first withdrawal.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed below:
2.1 By accessing, registering, or using any part of the ph769 Platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy; (b) you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law; and (c) all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
2.2 ph769 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time in accordance with Section 14 (Amendments). Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2.3 This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
3.1 Age Requirement. Access to the ph769 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during Platform use. This requirement is imposed by PAGCOR's Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable. ph769 employs mandatory KYC identity verification to enforce this restriction. Any Member found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all funds held pending investigation, and any winnings forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The ph769 Platform is operated and licensed for use by individuals physically located in the Philippines. Accessing the Platform from outside the Philippines or from any Prohibited Jurisdiction is not permitted and may constitute a breach of local law in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. ph769 bears no liability for any consequences arising from unauthorized access.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one ph769 account. Duplicate registrations are strictly prohibited. ph769 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, ph769 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein after investigation.
3.4 Registration Information. Members must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including a valid Philippine mobile number and a unique password. Members are obligated to update their account information promptly if any changes occur. ph769 is not liable for any harm resulting from a Member's failure to maintain accurate account information.
4.1 Account Security. Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. ph769 will never request your password through any channel. You must notify ph769 immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to your account. ph769 shall not be liable for any loss arising from a Member's failure to secure their account credentials.
4.2 Non-Transferability. ph769 accounts, including all balances and bonuses, are personal and non-transferable. Accounts may not be sold, assigned, lent, shared, or otherwise transferred to any third party under any circumstances.
4.3 KYC Verification. Before processing a Member's first withdrawal, ph769 requires completion of a one-time KYC identity verification. Members must submit a valid, government-issued photo identification document — such as a Philippine passport, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, SSS/GSIS Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), or Postal ID. KYC review is typically completed within 24 hours of submission.
4.4 Account Closure by Member. Members may request account closure at any time by contacting ph769 customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Member's verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC if not previously done. Bonus Balances will be forfeited upon account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
4.5 Account Closure by ph769. ph769 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice if ph769 reasonably believes that: (a) the Member is in breach of this Agreement; (b) the Member is engaging in fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; (c) the Member poses a regulatory risk to ph769's PAGCOR license; or (d) account closure is required to comply with applicable law or PAGCOR directive.
5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods. ph769 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, and DragonPay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash and PayMaya, and ₱200 via bank transfer. ph769 does not charge deposit fees. Third-party processing fees, if any, are determined by the payment provider.
5.2 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed and credited to a Member's ph769 balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits typically credit within 15–30 minutes. ph769 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank systems, or telecommunications outages.
5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to Members who have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) deposited using a verified payment method; and (c) met any applicable wagering requirements associated with active bonuses. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. Standard processing times are as follows: Bronze and Silver tier members — 1 to 3 hours via GCash; Gold tier members — same-day priority processing; Platinum tier members — under 1 hour; Diamond tier members — near-instant with dedicated account manager assistance. ph769 does not charge withdrawal fees.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. ph769 is obligated under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations to comply with Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. ph769 may request additional documentation, delay, or decline withdrawals where suspicious transaction activity is detected. ph769 will report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
5.6 Currency. All transactions on the ph769 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, and free game offers provided by ph769 are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer, as well as this Section 6. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms shall prevail over this Section for that specific offer.
6.2 Welcome Bonus. New Members are eligible for a 100% welcome deposit bonus up to ₱10,000 upon their first deposit of ₱200 or more. The welcome bonus carries a 15× wagering requirement based on the bonus amount, which must be satisfied within 14 days of bonus activation. The maximum bet permitted while a bonus balance is active is ₱500 per round or per bet across all game types.
6.3 Wagering Requirements. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of a Bonus Balance or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Progress toward wagering requirements may vary by game type — slot games typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute a lower percentage as disclosed in individual offer terms.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. ph769 monitors bonus activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing low-risk bets or specific bet combinations designed to minimize risk while satisfying wagering requirements, and systematic play inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling. ph769 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where bonus abuse is detected.
6.5 Bonus Expiry. Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses expire 14 days from the date of activation. Expired bonuses and any associated uncompleted wagering requirements are forfeited automatically.
7.1 Fair Play & RNG Certification. All ph769 games utilizing a Random Number Generator (RNG) use independently certified RNG technology. RNG certifications are conducted by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are genuinely random and not manipulable by ph769 or any Member. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in real time under video surveillance.
7.2 Return to Player (RTP). The theoretical RTP for each game is disclosed within the game's information panel accessible from the ph769 lobby. RTP figures represent statistical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ph769 reserves the right to void affected game rounds. 7.4 Bet Limits. Each game type carries minimum and maximum bet limits, disclosed within the game interface. ph769 reserves the right to amend bet limits at any time. Where a bonus is active, the maximum bet restriction of ₱500 per round applies regardless of the game's standard maximum bet limit.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph769 Platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:
8.2 Upon detection of prohibited conduct, ph769 may take any of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the Member's account; withhold, void, or confiscate balances; report the conduct to PAGCOR; and/or refer the matter to law enforcement authorities.
9.1 All content on the ph769 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, images, text, logos, trademarks, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive property of ph769 or its licensed third-party content providers, and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not permit reproduction, modification, distribution, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.
10.1 ph769 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Members in accordance with the ph769 Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), administered by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.
10.2 By registering an account, you consent to ph769's collection and use of your personal data as described in the ph769 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
10.3 ph769 may share Member data with PAGCOR, AMLC, and other government agencies as required by Philippine law, regulatory obligation, or lawful court order. Such sharing is not a breach of this Agreement.
11.1 ph769 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Members. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial harm or personal distress.
11.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members directly from their ph769 account settings, without requiring contact with support: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods (temporary account pauses), and self-exclusion (permanent or time-limited account closure).
11.3 Self-Exclusion. Members who self-exclude from ph769 will have their account closed for the elected period. During self-exclusion, ph769 will take reasonable steps to prevent the Member from opening a new account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. ph769 will not send promotional communications to self-excluded Members.
11.4 Identification of At-Risk Players. ph769 monitors account activity for behavioral indicators associated with problem gambling, including rapidly increasing deposit frequency, large losses in short periods, and erratic bet sizing. Accounts identified as at-risk may be contacted by ph769 with responsible gaming information or have temporary limits applied.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph769's total liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the Platform, or any gaming activity shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Balance held in the Member's account at the time the liability arises.
12.2 ph769 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether or not ph769 was advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.3 ph769 does not warrant that the Platform will operate uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
12.4 ph769 does not make any representation or warranty that gaming on the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Members are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in their jurisdiction before participating.
13.1 Internal Complaints. Members with a complaint or dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account matter must first submit their complaint to ph769 customer support via the live chat function available on the Platform. ph769 aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt.
13.2 Escalation to PAGCOR. If a Member's complaint is not resolved to their satisfaction through ph769's internal process, the Member may escalate the dispute to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official player complaints channel. ph769 will cooperate fully with PAGCOR in any investigation of Member complaints.
13.3 Records. All game round results, transaction records, and account activity logs maintained by ph769 shall be considered authoritative records for the purpose of dispute resolution, unless a demonstrable technical error is established.
14.1 ph769 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Members by notice on the Platform no fewer than 7 days before the amendment takes effect, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR directive, applicable law, or regulatory obligation, in which case amendments may take effect immediately.
14.2 The most current version of this Agreement is always accessible at ph769.app/terms-conditions. Members are encouraged to review this Agreement periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.
15.1 This Agreement and all matters arising out of or relating to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that is not resolved through the process set forth in Section 13.
15.3 ph769's operations are subject to PAGCOR's regulatory authority. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to limit or exclude PAGCOR's jurisdiction over ph769 or its licensed activities.
